Mantra Skin Return & Refund Policy

At Mantra Skin, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 15-day refund policy.

Returns & Refunds

You have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a refund. To initiate a refund, please contact us at mantraskinco@gmail.com with your order details and reason for requesting a refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at mantraskinco@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or opened skincare products

  • Sale items

European Union (EU) Customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without a justification. 

Refund Process

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
