Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if applicable.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (subject to customs processing times)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual shipping times may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to their order. Mantra Skin is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number if applicable. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Mantra Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
